Chef AntyO LLC · Richmond, VA
By approving a menu or proposal, accepting an estimate, or paying an invoice from Chef AntyO LLC (“the Business”), the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Version of October 25, 2026.
A deposit may be required to secure services or reserve an event date. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or proposal, deposits are non-refundable. The event date is reserved when the Client approves the proposal; the deposit, or payment in full if the Client chooses it, is due as shown on the invoice. If a date change is requested due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit may be applied to a new date, subject to availability and approval.
A deposit may be required to reserve the event date. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or proposal, the remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event.
Any additional charges incurred after the final invoice is issued—including, but not limited to, additional guests, rentals, staffing, overtime, beverages, grocery cost adjustments, or other approved services—will be invoiced separately and are due on the day of the event, unless other payment arrangements have been made in writing.
Balances not paid by the applicable due date may be subject to a 10% late fee after seven (7) days, plus any applicable collection costs.
Any requested changes to services, menu items, guest counts, rentals, or event details must be submitted in writing (text or email) and approved by the Business. Changes may result in additional charges.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service or event are subject to payment of the full contracted amount. Requests for refunds or rescheduling due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including guest counts, dietary restrictions, venue access, and any other information necessary to perform the agreed-upon services. Unless otherwise agreed, final guest counts and dietary information must be provided at least 14 days before the event.
The Business agrees to provide the products and/or services described in the accepted estimate, proposal, menu, or invoice in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing, and health requirements.
Services requested outside the original scope of work, including additional planning meetings, staffing, rentals, menu changes, overtime, deliveries, or event time extensions, may be billed separately at the Business’s current rates.
The Business may photograph food, displays, décor, and event setups for marketing and promotional purposes. No identifiable photographs of guests will be used without permission. The Business appreciates being tagged on social media when sharing photos from the event.
The Business shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Business harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s negligence, actions, omissions, venue conditions, or the actions of the Client’s guests.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The accepted proposal, estimate, invoice, menu, and these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Business and supersede all prior negotiations, discussions, or understandings.
Approval of a menu or proposal, payment of a deposit, acceptance of an estimate, or payment of an invoice constitutes the Client’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Electronic acceptance and electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.
