Round Three: Culinary Science. Four chefs, two Showdowns, one night — running at the same time in two rooms. You judge the one you are seated in. Two chefs walk out winners and go through to the next stage.
The Concept
Round Three sets the brief: molecular gastronomy. Every chef builds a three-course menu around it, then cooks and plates it in front of the room — no hiding in a back kitchen, every decision out in the open. Spherification, foams, gels, culinary illusion: technique that has to earn its place by making the dish taste better, not just look clever. You taste both menus in your room, and your vote helps decide who goes through.

How The Night Runs
Each chef designs their own three-course menu — appetizer, main and dessert — and submits it in advance.
Equal kitchen time at Sweet P's to develop, test, and prep their components.
Live in the open kitchen, they plate and present — technique on full display.
Guests taste both, judges score, the crowd votes, and a champion is named.
