"We hired Chef Antonio for an intimate dinner party following our backyard wedding ceremony and were blown away with how wonderful the food and entire experience was. Antonio worked with us to create a perfect menu based on our preferences and was able to accommodate a variety of food allergies (gluten free & dairy free). I had a hard time narrowing down the menu options because everything he suggested for us sounded so amazing, so when it came time to choose our final family style menu Antonio went above & beyond and made me my own side of spinach mushroom gnocchi in a lemon cream sauce to enjoy later! Everything was prepared & served beautifully and we have not stopped talking about how delicious each course was. Antonio even packaged up the leftovers beautifully for us to enjoy and left our kitchen sparkling clean when he and his partner finished for the evening. Chef Antonio truly made our big day SO special and we look forward to working with him again in the future!!!"
